摘　　要：目的:分析白蛋白紫杉醇腹腔热灌注治疗胃癌的近远期效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月安顺市通用医疗三〇二医院收治的76例胃癌患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。两组患者均接受白蛋白紫杉醇治疗,常规组静脉滴注给药,试验组采用腹腔热灌注化疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组短期、远期疗效均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组神经系统毒性、手足综合征评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:白蛋白紫杉醇腹腔热灌注治疗胃癌的短期、远期疗效均较为理想,可以实现对疾病症状的积极控制,且并发症发生率低,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the short-term and long-term effect of hyperthermic intraperitoneal perfusion of albumin paclitaxel in treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 76 gastric cancer patients admitted to Anshun Genertec Medical 302 Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups received albumin-paclitaxel treatment.The conventional group was administered intravenously,and the experimental group was treated with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The long-term and short-term curative effects in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).After treatment,neurological toxicity score and hand and foot syndrome score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:The short-term and long-term curative effects of hyperthermic intraperitoneal perfusion of albumin-paclitaxel in treatment of gastric cancer are ideal,which can realize the positive control of the disease symptoms with a low incidence of complication,and it is worth promoting.
