位点保存技术在下颌智齿拔除手术后的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析位点保存技术在下颌智齿拔除手术后的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月北京市丰台区中医医院收治的60例下颌智齿患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组拔除下颌智齿后实施常规护理,试验组拔除下颌智齿并进行位点保存。比较两组护理效果。结果:术后8个月,两组邻牙牙周深度指数小于术前,且试验组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后8个月,两组邻牙稳定性指数高于术前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:位点保存技术在下颌智齿拔除手术后的应用效果显著,能够减小邻牙牙周深度指数,增加稳定性指数,患者满意度较高。Objective:To analyze the application effect of site preservation technology after extraction of low mandibular wisdom teeth.Methods:A total of 60 patients with low mandibular wisdom teeth treated in Beijing Fengtai District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.In the control group,conventional nursing after extraction of low mandibular wisdom teeth was performed,while in the experimental group,the extraction of low mandibular wisdom teeth and site preservation were performed.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:At 8 months after operation,the peridental depth index of adjacent teeth in the two groups was lower than that before operation,and this index in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 8 months after operation,the stability index of adjacent teeth in the two groups was higher than that before operation,and this index in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Site preservation technology after extraction of low mandibular wisdom teeth has significant application effects,and can reduce peridental depth index of adjacent teeth,increase stability index and achieve high satisfaction of patients.
