摘　　要：目的:探究针灸联合早期肢体康复训练在脑梗死后偏瘫中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年4月在宿迁市中医院康复科接受治疗的126例脑梗死后偏瘫患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将126例患者分为两组,各63例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施针灸联合早期肢体康复训练,两组均干预2个月。比较两组Barthel指数、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分、生活质量和临床疗效。结果:干预前,两组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分、NIHSS评分、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer运动量表评分、生活质量评分、总有效率均高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合早期肢体康复训练可以改善患者的肢体运动能力,提高患者的生活质量和临床疗效,降低神经功能受损程度。Objective:To explore the application effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with early limb rehabilitation training in hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 126 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction who received treatment in the Rehabilitation Department of Suqian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the 126 patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 63 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,the observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion combined with early limb rehabilitation training,and both groups were intervened for two months.Barthel index score,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Fugl-Meyer exercise scale score,quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in Barthel index score,Fugl-Meyer exercise scale score,NIHSS score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the Barthel index score,Fugl-Meyer exercise scale score,quality of life score and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with early limb rehabilitation training can improve patients'limb movement ability,improve their quality of life and clinical efficacy,and reduce the degree of neurological impairment.
