摘 要:为解决在突发公共卫生事件中医护人力资源难以快速、合理分配的问题,文中提出了一种融合改进蚁群算法的应急资源网络重构模型设计方案。该模型以蚁群算法为核心,通过引入遗传算法进行改进,避免了算法容易陷入局部最优的问题。同时,对蚁群算法更新规则进行了改进,从而进一步优化了路径规划方案。在公开数据集上进行的实验仿真结果表明,所提算法的计算精度和资源利用率均高于传统算法,且收敛速度提高了20%以上,为解决应急情况下医护资源的合理、有效分配问题提供了参考。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to quickly and reasonably allocate medical and nursing human resources in public health emergencies,this paper proposes a design scheme of emergency resource network reconfiguration model based on fusion improved Ant colony optimization algorithms.The Ant colony optimization algorithms is the core of the model,which is improved by introducing genetic algorithm to avoid the problem that the algorithm is easy to fall into local optimization.At the same time,the update rule of Ant colony optimization algorithms is improved to further optimize the path planning scheme.The experimental simulation results on the open dataset show that the calculation accuracy and resource utilization rate of the proposed algorithm are higher than those of the traditional algorithm,and the rate of convergence is improved by more than 20%,which provides a reference for solving the problem of reasonable and effective allocation of medical resources in emergency situations.
