摘  要:结构件的螺栓连接方式、外载荷加载方式对列车排障器有限元应力应变仿真结果的准确性有着重要影响。文章以某出口动车组的排障器为例,通过自由组合不同的螺栓连接方式及外载荷加载方式,对不同组合下排障器的应力分布情况进行仿真分析,并与试验结果进行对比。结果表明,采用均匀加载的外载荷加载方式、点面接触的螺栓连接方式时,仿真数据与试验数据最为接近,最符合实际工况场景。The bolt connection modes and external load loading modes of the structure have an important influence on the accuracy of the finite element stress-strain simulation results of train cowcatcher.Taking the cowcatcher of an exported EMU as an example,the stress distribution of cowcatcher under different combinations is simulated and analyzed by freely combining different bolt connection modes and external load loading modes,and compared with the test results.The results show that the simulation data is the closest to the test data when the external load loading mode of uniform loading and the bolt connection mode of point-to-surface contact are adopted,which is most in line with the actual working conditions.
