摘 要:文章阐述了机车折叠压溃式吸能元件的诱导缺陷结构设计原理,并以某型大功率机车的折叠压溃式吸能元件为例,分析其现有诱导缺陷结构特点及存在的问题,结合强度分析结果提出诱导缺陷结构优化方案。试验及应用结果表明,诱导缺陷结构优化后的吸能元件应力水平显著降低,耐疲劳及抗冲击吸能性能极大提高。This paper expounds the design principle of induced defect structure for locomotive collapsible crushing type energy absorbing element.Taking the collapsible crushing type energy absorbing element of a certain high-power locomotive as an example,the induced defect structure characteristics and existing problems are analyzed,and an optimization scheme is proposed based on the strength analysis results.The tests and application results show that the stress level of the energy absorbing element is significantly reduced after optimizing the induced defect structure,and its fatigue resistance and impact resistance energy absorption performance are greatly improved.
