创新区域建设中高校创新创业教育的升级转型

摘　　要：从创新系统向创新区域的发展范式转变,是推动区域协调发展过程中的重要转向,高校创新创业教育在这一过程中具有不可替代的核心作用。推动创新区域建设需要高校创新创业教育的深层次变革,在变革过程中高校创新创业教育面临着两大矛盾:新旧制度转换与高校创新创业教育高质量发展的矛盾、发展不平衡不充分与高校创新创业教育资源供给的矛盾。为探索高校在创新区域发展中发挥作用的新形式并建设创新区域,高校创新创业教育改革可参考国际成功案例的经验,确定创新创业教育升级转型的策略,依托学科优势将其推向更大范围、重视实践环节将其推向更高层次、采取网络化发展模式将其推向更深程度。To promote inter-territory collaborative development,paradigm has shifted from systematic to regional innovation,in which innovation and entrepreneurship education in university has been playing a pivotal role.In furthering its reform,the education is now encountering two major obstacles,one being the conflicts between transforming of the old system into new one and its quality development,the other contradiction between imbalanced and inadequate development and resources supply.This paper thus proposes the following measures taken by a university to take a more active part in constructing innovative regions:learning other countries'successful experiences,identifying its own strategies,exploiting its disciplinary advantages to the fullest and scaling up to other territories,making the best of network to promote its practice development.
