摘 要:眼镜镜片光学性能测试盲样考核工作的开展有助于了解眼镜检测实验室在顶焦度和透射比检测项目的技术水平以及提升眼镜检测实验室技术能力。组织机构按照国标制备2组眼镜镜片分析样品,依据相关标准进行均匀性和稳定性评价,将参加者的检测结果统计中位值作为指定值,采用“实验室偏倚的估计值D”进行评价。25家实验室报告顶焦度结果,合格率为100%;21家实验室报告可见光透射比结果,合格率为90.5%。统计分析结果表明,大部分实验室能够准确测定眼镜镜片的顶焦度和透射比,只有个别实验室的检测结果偏离指定值。本文结合参加实验室的测量设备和结果分析,提出一些技术分析和建议,以期提高实验室检测水平。The development of blind sample assessment for optical performance testing of glasses lenses is helpful to understand the technical level of vertex power and transmittance testing projects in glasses testing laboratories and improve the technical ability of glasses testing laboratories.The organizations prepared two groups of glasses lens analysis samples according to the national standard,and evaluated the uniformity and stability according to the relevant standards.The statistical median of the test results of the participants was taken as the specified value,and the“estimated value D of laboratory bias”was used for evaluation.25 laboratories reported the results of vertex power,and the qualified rate was 100%.21 laboratories reported the results of visible light transmittance,and the qualified rate was 90.5%.The results of statistical analysis show that most laboratories can accurately measure the vertex power and transmittance of glasses lenses,and only a few laboratories deviate from the specified values.In this paper,some technical analysis and suggestions are put forward based on the measurement equipment and result analysis in the laboratory,in order to improve the laboratory testing level.
