摘 要:目的:探讨标准化临床情景模拟教学对护理带教质量的提升作用。方法:在2022年1月—2023年1月期间选取60名护生,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组30人,对照组采用常规护理带教,研究组采用标准化临床情景模拟教学,记录并对比带教指标。结果:带教后,研究组护生的护理专业素养评分更高,带教配合度和满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:标准化临床情景模拟教学可以帮助进行护理带教的教师提升教学工作的综合质量,有利于提升护士的护理专业素养,对于我国临床护理人才队伍的培养与建设具有积极价值,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of standardized clinical scenario simulation teaching on the quality of nursing teaching.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,60 nursing students were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 30 people in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing teaching,while the research group adopted standardized clinical scenario simulation teaching.The teaching indicators were recorded and compared.Results:After teaching,nursing students in the research group had higher scores of nursing professionalism,cooperation and satisfaction with teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized clinical scenario simulation teaching can help nursing teachers to improve the comprehensive quality of teaching work,help improve nurses’nursing professionalism,and has positive value for the training and construction of clinical nursing talents in China,which is worth popularizing and applying.
