宫腹腔镜下对子宫肌瘤采取微创治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 对宫腹腔镜下微创手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效进行分析。方法 选取2017年1月—2023年6月本院收治的接受子宫肌瘤手术治疗的200例患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为参照组与观察组,每组100例。其中,参照组接受传统开腹手术治疗,观察组在宫腹腔镜下进行微创手术治疗,治疗后评估两组疗效。结果 观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间的平均值均比参照组少,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗的总有效率优于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后并发症的总发生率低于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组各项生活质量指标评分均比参照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 和传统的开腹手术相比较,宫腹腔镜下行微创手术治疗能够取得更好的效果,改善手术指标,且并发症少,对提高患者生活质量有重要作用。Objective To analyze clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery under hysteroscopy for uterine fibroids.Methods The paper chose 200 patients with uterine fibroid surgery from January 2017 to June 2023 for study,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional open surgery,while observation group with minimally invasive surgery under hysteroscopy.Curative effect between two groups was evaluated after treatment.Results Average values of intraoperative bleeding,surgical time,and hospital stay in observation group were lower than control group,with P<0.05.Total effective rate in observation group was 92.00%,while that in reference group was 71.00%,P<0.05.Total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 5.00%,while that in reference group was 20.00%,P<0.05.Scores of various life quality indicators in postoperative observation group were higher than reference group,P< 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery under hysteroscopy can achieve better effect than traditional open surgery,can improve surgical indicators with fewer complications,which plays an important role in life quality improvement of patients.
