Objective To explore effect of controlled low central venous pressure technology on bleeding volume and blood gas indicators of liver cancer patients. Methods The paper chose 58 liver cancer patients admitted to Nantong City the Third People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023as study subjects, and and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group, with 29 cases in each group.Experimental group was treated with controlled low central venous pressure(LCVP),while control group with normal central venous pressure(CVP).Bleeding volume and arterial blood gas indicators in the beginning of surgery(T1),end of liver resection(T2),and end of surgery(T3) were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results Intraoperative bleeding and blood transfusion in experimental group was lower than control group(P< 0.05).The pH value, residual alkaLI(BE),and bicarbonate(HCO3) in experimental group was lower than control group at T2 and T3(P<0.05).Conclusion During surgery for liver cancer patients, controlled low central venous pressure technology can control intraoperative bleeding and improve blood gas indicators effectively.
