口腔科综合治疗台水路污染因素分析及防控措施研究

摘　　要：口腔综合治疗台用于口腔疾病诊疗的综合性口腔医疗设施,包括牙科治疗机和相关设备。其中治疗台的用水受到多种因素的影响,造成诊疗用水受到污染,其中以革兰氏阴性菌为主,该菌能释放大量细菌内毒素,对口腔科患者伤口愈合产生不利影响,免疫力低下者,可能导致感染发生。牙椅水路由于管路及水流因素,污染机会较大,防控措施尤为重要。结合国内相关规范标准及我院工作开展经验,化学控制方法可以有效解决水路污染问题。采用次溴酸消毒滤芯,操作方便,可以持续释放消毒因子,能够有效保证口腔综合治疗台诊疗用水安全。Water used for oral comprehensive treatment is influenced by various factors.Gram negative bacteria are mainly present in water used for oral diagnosis and treatment,which release a large amount of bacterial endotoxins and have ineffective effect on wound healing.Those with low immunity may be infected.Due to pipeline and water flow factors,there is high chance of pollution in dental chair waterway,prevention and control measures are particularly important.Based on relevant domestic regulations and standards,as well as work experience in our institute,chemical control methods can solve problem of waterway pollution effectively.Hypobromic acid disinfection filter is convenient to operate and can release disinfection factors continuously,ensure safety of water for diagnosis and treatment in oral comprehensive treatment table effectively.
