积极心理学视角下学生团体心理辅导方案设计与实施

摘　　要：近年来,我国大学生群体心理健康问题不容乐观,得到了社会的普遍关注。为了促进大学生保持健康成长,团体心理辅导模式应运而生,具有实施方便、见效快的特点。基于积极心理学的理论基础,阐述了将其融入到学生团体心理辅导工作的必要性和可行性,最后提出了具体辅导方案设计举措与实施保障路径,旨在为高校心理健康教育工作高质量发展提供切实有效的参考支持。In recent years,the psychological health issues of college students in China have not been optimistic and have received widespread attention from society.In order to promote the healthy growth of college students,the group psychological counseling model has emerged,which has the characteristics of convenient implementation and quick effectiveness.Based on the theoretical foundation of positive psychology,the necessity and feasibility of integrating it into student group psychological counseling work are elaborated.Finally,specific counseling plan design measures and implementation guarantee paths are proposed,aiming to provide practical and effective reference support for the high-quality development of mental health education in universities.
