结合解剖教学的实际手术操作在小儿眼睑整形手术临床实习教学中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：比较结合解剖教学的实际手术操作与单纯手术视频在小儿眼睑整形手术临床实习教学中的应用价值。选取2020年1月—2023年1月在北京儿童医院眼科实习的30例临床实习生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各15例。实验组临床实习生接受结合解剖教学的实际手术操作教学,对照组实习生接受单纯手术视频教学。比较两组实习生教学效果。结果显示,实验组实习生理论知识考核成绩、临床实践能力考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组实习生各项综合能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组实习生的教学总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,结合解剖教学的实际手术操作在小儿眼睑整形手术临床实习教学中的应用价值较高,有助于提高实习生的手术操作技能,增强实习生的临床实践能力和综合评价能力,且实习生满意度较高,是一项值得推广的教学方案。Compare the application value of practical surgical operations combined with anatomy teaching and simple surgical videos in clinical internship teaching of pediatric eyelid plastic surgery.Thirty clinical interns who interned in the Ophthalmology Department of Beijing Children’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 15 cases in each group.The experimental group of clinical interns received practical surgical operation teaching combined with anatomy teaching,while the control group of interns received simple surgical video teaching.Compare the teaching effectiveness of two groups of interns.The results showed that the theoretical knowledge assessment and clinical practice ability assessment scores of the experimental group interns were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The comprehensive ability scores of the experimental group interns were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction of the experimental group interns with teaching was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the practical application value of surgical operations combined with anatomy teaching in clinical internship teaching of pediatric eyelid plastic surgery is high,which helps to improve the surgical skills of interns,enhance their clinical practice ability and comprehensive evaluation ability,and the satisfaction of interns is high.It is a teaching plan worth promoting.
