苯磺酸氨氯地平联合血塞通治疗脑梗死并发高血压的疗效研究

摘　　要：分析苯磺酸氨氯地平联合血塞通对脑梗死并发高血压患者的治疗效果。选取2021年1月—2022年10月北京市顺义区空港医院收治的140例脑梗死并发高血压患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对比组,每组各70例。实验组用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合血塞通治疗,对比组用血塞通治疗,对两组最终的治疗效果进行比较。结果显示,治疗后,实验组患者的血压指标和血脂指标均优于对比组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组患者各项生活质量评分均高于对比组(P<0.05);实验组患者不良反应总发生率低于对比组(P<0.05)。研究发现,采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合血塞通治疗脑梗死并发高血压患者,可有效控制患者的血压水平、降低血脂水平,可提高患者治疗后的生活质量、降低不良反应总发生率,促进患者尽快恢复,保障患者的生命安全,值得推广使用。Analyze the therapeutic effect of amlodipine besylate combined with Xuesaitong on patients with cerebral infarction complicated by hypertension.140 patients with cerebral infarction complicated by hypertension admitted to Beijing Shunyi Airport Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with amlodipine besylate combined with Xuesaitong,while the control group was treated with Xuesaitong.Thefinal treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the blood pressure and lipid indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life scores of the experimental group patients were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that using amlodipine besylate combined with Xuesaitong to treat patients with cerebral infarction complicated by hypertension can effectively control the patient’s blood pressure level,reduce blood lipid levels,improve the patient’s quality of life after treatment,reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions,promote patient recovery as soon as possible,and ensure the patient’s life safety.It is worth promoting and using.
