低位小切口切除术治疗甲状腺瘤临床疗效以及对切口美容评分、并发症的影响研究

摘　　要：研究分析低位小切口切除术治疗甲状腺瘤临床疗效以及对切口美容评分、并发症情况的影响。研究选取保定市满城区人民医院2022年5月—2023年8月收治的诊断为甲状腺瘤拟行手术治疗的100例患者为研究对象,并将其分为对照组与实验组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规手术术式治疗,实验组采用低位小切口切除术治疗。分析比较两组患者手术相关指标、美容相关评分、生活质量评分、心理评分、并发症发生情况以及术后疼痛评分。结果显示,与对照组相比,实验组患者手术相关指标好转,美容相关评分增高,生活质量评分增高,心理评分降低,并发症发生率降低,术后疼痛评分降低,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。研究发现,低位小切口切除术治疗甲状腺瘤临床疗效较好,同时能够提高患者的切口美容评分,降低并发症的发生率,是安全且有效的手术方式,可以在甲状腺瘤患者的临床治疗中广泛开展使用。Study and analyze the clinical efficacy of low position small incision resection in the treatment of thyroid tumors,as well as its impact on incision cosmetic score and complications.The study selected 100 patients diagnosed with thyroid tumors and planned to undergo surgical treatment at Baoding Mancheng District People’s Hospital from May 2022 to August 2023 as the research subjects,and divided them into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgical treatment,while the experimental group received low incision resection.Analyze and compare surgical related indicators,cosmetic related scores,quality of life scores,psychological scores,incidence of complications,and postoperative pain scores between two groups of patients.The results showed that compared with the control group,the experimental group had improved surgical related indicators,increased beauty related scores,increased quality of life scores,decreased psychological scores,decreased incidence of complications,and decreased postoperative pain scores.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that low position small incision resection is a safe and effective surgical method for the treatment of thyroid tumors,which has good clinical efficacy and can improve the patient’s incision beauty score,reduce the incidence of complications.It can be widely used in the clinical treatment of thyroid tumor patients.
