摘　　要：探讨重症医学信息化建设的发展现状与建设方案。分析了目前重症医学信息化的国内外发展现状,指出当前重症信息化的发展需求痛点。基于物联网数据平台的建设提出解决方案,展望了重症医学信息化建设的未来发展方向,借助物联网,实现医疗数据的全面整合。通过信息化建设,重症医学将迎来更加高效、精准的医疗服务,为患者的生命安全和健康保驾护航。This paper is to discuss the current status and development proposals of IT application in intensive care.It analyzes the development status of IT application in intensive care medicine at home and abroad,and then points out the pain points in the development of IT application in intensive care.It proposes solutions based on the construction of a data platform using the Internet of Things(IoT).This study outlines the future development direction of IT application in intensive care medicine,and realizes the comprehensive integration of medical data by utilizing IoT technology.Through IT application,intensive care medicine will usher in more efficient and accurate medical services to protect the life safety and health of patients.
