俄共(布)、中国国民党和中国共产党1921—1949年党员吸收机制分析

摘　　要：党员吸收机制决定着一党党员的质量与数量,处理好质量和数量间的矛盾,决定着党组织的纯洁性、凝聚力和战斗力。俄共(布)的建党方式作为国共两党学习的模板,以“制度吸收为主,战时征收为辅”的方式党吸收党员,同时以进行“重新登记”的方式完成自我革新。中国国民党“改组”后,效仿俄共(布)的组织原则、组织结构等建立党员吸收机制,但存在要求不具体、实施不严格、泛滥式吸收党员、组织约束力不足等问题,蒋介石等右派发动的“清党”,使国民党遭受严重创伤。新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党在制度上、形式上借鉴俄共(布)的党员吸收机制,根据形势任务的变化对其进行完善,依据党的建设的基本规律来推进党的组织建设。The mechanism of absorption of party members determines the quality and quantity of a party’s membership,and handling the contradiction between quality and quantity determines the purity,cohesion and combativeness of the party organization.The party-building method of the Communist Party of Russia(Bolsheviks)served as a model for the Chinese Kuomintang(KMT)and the Communist Party of China(CPC)to learn from,absorbing members by“systematic absorption,supplemented by wartime conscription”and at the same time completes self-renovation through“re-registration”.After the“reorganization”of the KMT,it followed the organizational principles and organizational structure of the Russian Communist Party(Bolsheviks)to establish a mechanism of absorption of party members,but there were problems such as unspecific requirements,unstrict implementation,indiscriminate absorption of party members,and insufficient organizational constraints,etc.Chiang Kai-shek and the other Rightists initiated“a large-scale purge of Communists from the KMT”which caused serious trauma to the KMT.During the period of the new democratic revolution,the CPC drew on the mechanism of absorption of party members of the Russian Communist Party(Bolsheviks)in terms of system and form,improved it according to changes in the situation and tasks,and promoted party organization building in accordance with the basic laws of party building.
