基于ERG理论的高中日语教师职业生存状态分析--以机构派遣教师为研究对象

摘  要:随着教育部支持和鼓励加强多语种课程建设和招考改革,高中日语教育发展迅速,对于高中日语教师的需求不断扩大。机构派遣教师是高中日语教师队伍中除专任教师和临聘教师之外的重要群体。通过问卷调查,基于ERG理论分析机构派遣教师在生存需求、相互关系需求和成长需求方面的困境和满意度,多角度考察其职业生存状态。调查结果显示,机构派遣教师职业生存状态存在工作强度较大、难以融入学校社群、培训机会少且效果甚微等问题。基于此,从过高的社会期望和人文关怀缺失等外部因素,以及教师职业认同不足的内部因素进行探讨,以期为高中日语教师队伍建设提供一定的启示。With the support and encouragement from the Ministry of Education to strengthen the construction of multilingual courses and reform of college entrance exam and admission policies,Japanese language education in high schools is growing rapidly,and the demand for high school Japanese language teachers is expanding.Agency-contributed teachers are an important group in the high school Japanese teaching force in addition to full-time and temporary teachers.The questionnaire survey was used to analyse the dilemmas and satisfaction of the agency-contributed teachers in terms of survival needs,interrelationship needs,and growth needs,based on the ERG theory,and to examine the state of their professional existence from multiple perspectives.The results of the survey show that the professional survival of agency-contributed teachers is characterized by a high level of work intensity,difficulties in integrating into the school community,and few and ineffective training opportunities.Based on this,external factors such as excessive social expectations and the absence of humanistic care,as well as internal factors like insufficient professional identity of teachers,are explored with a view to providing certain insights for the construction of the Japanese language teaching force in high schools.
