摘 要:基于新能源车底盘零部件轻量化发展,概述了国内外铝合金铸造技术在其轻量化的应用现状和发展趋势。研究表明:目前以低压铸造和真空一体化压铸为主,挤压铸造替代部分钢质、铁质以及锻铝件的迹象,开发出一体化压铸免热处理高强韧铝合金;对于内部具有加强筋空心结构的超大压铸件,目前难以达到砂芯强度高和溃散性好的平衡,仍采用低压铸造成形,并通过热处理提高力学性能。Based on the lightweight development of new energy vehicle chassis components,the application status and development trend of aluminum alloy casting technology in its lightweight at home and abroad are summarized.The research shows that:at present,the low pressure casting and vacuum integrated die casting are mainly used,and the extrusion casting replaces part of steel,iron and forged aluminum parts,and the integrated die casting is developed.For the large die-casting parts with reinforced hollow structure,it is difficult to achieve the balance of high core strength and good collapsibility at present,low pressure casting is still used,and the mechanical properties are improved by heat treatment.
