摘  要:当下,智能制造是铸造行业升级改造的必由之路,是铸造企业降本增效的兴企之本。在“中国制造2025”收官冲刺阶段,有效利用“两化融合”经济发展引擎,聚焦自身“七大浪费”瓶颈,全面推进精益生产管理模式,实施流程变革,打造信息化、数字化、智能化高效协同供应链,结合现代管理会计理念降本增效,赋能数字化铸造工厂迭代转型,对标灯塔工厂,乘政策东风加速驶入新型工业化的快车道,企业实现可持续发展。At present,intelligent manufacturing is the necessary path for the upgrading and transformation of the casting industry's,and it is the foundation for the development of casting enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.In the final sprint stage of"Made in China 2025",we will effectively utilize the"integration of industrialization and industrialization"economic development engine,focus on our own"seven major waste"bottlenecks,comprehensively promote lean production management mode,implement process transformation,create an information-based,digital,and intelligent efficient collaborative supply chain,combine modern management accounting concepts to reduce costs and increase efficiency,and empower digital casting factories to iterate and transform,Taking advantage of the policy,we are accelerating our entry into the fast lane of new industrialization,benchmarking against lighthouse factories,and helping enterprises achieve sustainable development.
