摘　　要：新时代医学高等院校应立足职业意识教育培养目标,培养符合社会需求的高素质全面发展的医学人才。探索临床医学研究生职业意识教育的内涵和现实意义,分析当前临床医学研究生职业意识教育存在的困境,从全员、全程、全方位三方面入手,探索临床医学研究生职业意识教育的体系和路径。In the new era,medical colleges should focus on the goal of vocational awareness education and cultivate high-quality and well-rounded medical personnel to meet social needs.Explore the connotation and practical significance of vocational awareness education for clinical medical graduates,analyze the current difficulties in vocational awareness education for clinical medical graduates,and explore the system and path of vocational awareness education for clinical medical graduates from three aspects:all staff,full process,and all-round.
