摘　　要：在上海健康医学院医疗产品管理专业一年级学生法学概论课程中构建融“明确建设目标、强化教学设计与实施、开展教学评价与反思”于一体的“三位一体”课程思政建设模式。在课堂教学中运用LBL教学法推进习近平法治思想进头脑,运用CBL教学法培养卫生健康法治思维习惯,运用PBL教学法培养发现分析、解决、问题能力,运用TBL教学法培养德法兼修卓越管理人才,通过混合教学提升专业认同感、自豪感、责任感。In the Introduction to Law course for freshman majoring in medical product management at Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences,a"three in one"construction model of Ideological&Political education integrates"clarifying construction goals,strengthening teaching design and implementation,and conducting teaching evaluation and reflection"with LBL teaching method to promote Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law in classroom teaching,cultivating habits of health and rule of law thinking through CBL teaching method,cultivating their abilities in discovery,analysis,and problem-solving through PBL teaching method,cultivating their outstanding management personnel with both morality and law through TBL teaching method,enhancing professional identity,pride,and sense of responsibility through mixed teaching as well.
