摘 要:为了解护理学专业本科生早期接触临床的现状,分析早期接触临床对护理本科生学习态度及职业自我效能的影响,采用便利抽样法,选取某高校全日制护理本科在校生为研究对象,使用一般情况调查表、护生学习态度问卷和护生职业自我效能量表进行调查,并选取17名有早期接触临床经历的护理本科生进行半结构式访谈。研究显示,目前具有早期接触临床经历的护理本科生较少,早期接触临床有助于护理本科生更加全面细致地了解护理学专业,并对其学习态度及职业自我效能产生积极的影响。To learn the status of early exposure of nursing undergraduates to clinical practice,and to analyze the impact of early exposure to clinical practice on their learning attitude and occupational self-efficacy,convenience sampling method was used to select full-time nursing undergraduates from a certain university as the research objects.General Situation Questionnaire,Nursing Student Learning Attitude Questionnaire,and Nursing Student Occupational Self-efficacy Scale were used for investigation,And 17 nursing undergraduates with early clinical experience were selected for semi-structured interviews.Research has shown that there are relatively few nursing undergraduates with early clinical exposure experience from now on.Early clinical exposure helps nursing undergraduates to have more comprehensive and detailed learning of the nursing profession,and has a positive impact on their learning attitude and occupational self-efficacy.
