摘 要:采用超声兰姆波对木望板试件的外表面损伤缺陷进行检查研究,旨在为基于兰姆波的古建筑望板腐朽损伤的现场无损检测及评定,打下一定的前期基础。选用北京古建筑望板常见树种落叶松木材,以去材的形式在试件上加工不同程度的损伤缺陷,结果发现:随着激励频率的增加,兰姆波信号的最大幅值随之增大;在尝试的12个激励频率中,30 kHz得到的检测结果更加稳定;兰姆波信号的最大幅值随损伤严重程度的增加而减小,且损伤深度较损伤长度对兰姆波信号的影响更大。设计的超声兰姆波检测方法,可作为基于兰姆波的木望板腐朽损伤检测进一步深入研究的基础。The ultrasonic Lamb wave was used to inspect and study the external surface damage defects of wooden roof boarding specimens,in order to lay a certain foundation for the on-site nondestructive detection and evaluation of decaying damage of ancient architectural roof boarding based on Lamb wave.Larix wood,a common tree species in ancient buildings in Beijing,was used to process different degrees of damage defects on the specimens in the form of wood removal.The results showed that the maximum amplitude of Lamb wave signal increased with the increase of excitation frequency.Among the twelve excitation frequencies tried,the detection result obtained at 30 kHz is more stable.The maximum amplitude of Lamb wave signal decreases with the increase of defect severity,and the defect depth has a greater influence on Lamb wave signal than the defect length.The ultrasonic lamb wave detection method designed in this study can be used as the basis for further research on the decay damage detection of wooden planks based on lamb waves.
