摘  要:在新农科大类招生和专业分流培养背景下,为充分调动学生的学习积极性,满足学生个性化发展需要,培养知识技能型人才和创新型人才,本文对农业资源与环境国家级实验教学示范中心的教学及管理模式进行改革与实践。具体实践中,充分利用数字化教学资源,从优化整合多层次实验平台、优化完善开放管理、实行分模块实践教学以及建立开放式(体验式)教学模式等方面进行探讨和分析。目的在于充分发挥国家级实验教学示范中心在大类招生人才培养和新农科建设中的示范带头作用,助力“三农”人才培养。In the context of new agricultural science enrollment and professional specialization training,in order to fully mobilize students’learning enthusiasm,meet their individual development needs,cultivate knowledge and skill oriented talents,and cultivate innovative talents,the teaching and management model of the National Teaching and Demonstration Center of Agricultural Resources and Environment were reformed and practiced,fully utilized digital teaching resources,and from the aspects of optimizing and integrating multi-level experimental platforms were explored and analyzed,optimized and improved open management,implement modular practical teaching,and established an open(experiential)teaching model.The purposes were to fully leverage the leading and demonstrative role of the national experimental teaching demonstration center in the cultivation of talents for major enrollment and the construction of new agricultural sciences,and to assist in the cultivation of talents for agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.
