摘 要:针对非最小相位特性引起的水电机组机网协调过程中的有功机动障碍,定义了功率反调过程的有功拐点、有功以及积分电量零点穿越点等3个特征时刻,在单管单机刚性水击条件下建立水轮机及其水力系统数学模型并且进行折线控制律的解析推导,辅助数值计算方法获得不同水力惯性系数Tw和导叶开度速率gps条件下的有功特征,以此为依据开展开度模式下水电机组折线优化调节的方法研究,通过弹性水击仿真模型进行基于内模整定的比例微分积分(propotional integrated differential,PID)调节、作为折线特例的直线调节、以及优化折线调节的数值对比试验,仿真以及长期的工程实践均表明,折线调节的控制效果较优,且由于实施过程简洁、过程迅速而更易于在现场控制工程中采纳。As a typical non-minimal phase(NMP)system,the hydropower turbine could hardly keep up with varying loading commands in the first place to contribute its positive part for grid-plant coordination;while on the contrary,the undershoot caused by NMP leads to amercement on a frequent basis.Advanced control strategies introduced with proved functionalities by simulation have their difficulties in carrying out on-site with reasonable cost of deployment,which lights up a much more easier way of analytic models for online control.Simplified as rigid pipe with straight conduit and penstock,a mathematical model for a three-moment definition during the course of load undershoot,includes power inflection moment,power and its integral zero-crossover moment,is proposed and deduced in the analytic way.In light of the analytic expression of these time scales,we can assess their influence on the overall load changing process for a given water starting time and guide vane moving rate,which paves the way of getting optimal control trajectory with minimal undershoot and later overshoot.Polyline consisting of different optimal inflected straight lines is then proposed.Comparison with straight line control,which is the exception of polyline,as well as inner module control tuned PID control,shows the validity and advantage of polylinear positioning law control,and encourages the site application of this approach.
