摘 要:如何通过数字化手段打造企业的知识经济,是数字经济发展亟待解决的重要议题。文章基于知识基础观理论和动态能力理论,探讨了数字化转型、知识耦合对企业知识流动的作用机制。结果表明,数字化转型对企业知识的流动性具有正向促进作用,在经过稳健性检验后显著效果依然存在;知识耦合在数字化转型与知识流动的关系中具有传导效应,原有技术领域间的知识耦合与企业知识流动呈“U”型关系,而新旧技术领域间的知识耦合与企业知识流动具有正相关关系;数字化转型对知识耦合具有显著作用,其显著性受到时间窗口的约束。How to build an enterprise’s knowledge economy through digital means is an important issue that needs to be resolved urgently in the development of digital economy.Based on knowledge-based view and dynamic capability theory,this paper discusses the utility mechanism of digital transformation and knowledge coupling on enterprise knowledge flow.The results are shown as follows:Digital transformation has a positive promoting effect on the enterprise knowledge flow,and the significant effect still exists after robustness testing.Knowledge coupling has a conduction effect in the relationship between digital transformation and knowledge flow.The knowledge coupling between the original technical fields has a U-shaped relationship with the enterprise knowledge flow,while the knowledge coupling between the old and new technical fields has a positive relationship with the enterprise knowledge flow.Digital transformation has a significant impact on knowledge coupling,and its significance is constrained by time windows.
