摘 要:通过分析科技革命和产业变革、就业市场需求升级和教育数字化转型带来的新形势,发现数智化时代对管理科学与工程人才的复杂系统思维、数据分析能力、智能决策能力提出了更高的要求。为了推动实验教学数字化转型,提升学生的系统思维和数字素养,构建了“双轴联动”实验教学体系,设计了“课程—项目—能力—资源”实验课程矩阵,建设了“模型定义,数字仿真”实验教学环境。在创新型人才培养、教学综合改革、示范辐射影响等方面取得了成效。By reviewing the new situation brought by the scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the upgrading of employment market demand and the digital transformation of education,it is found that the digital and intelligent era has put forward higher requirements for the complex systems thinking,data analysis ability and intelligent decisionmaking ability of management science and engineering talents.In order to promote the digital transformation of experimental education and improve the systematic thinking and digital literacy of students,the“double axis linkage”experimental education system was constructed,the“curriculumprojectcapabilityresource”experimental curriculum matrix was designed,and the“model definition,digital simulation”experimental education environment was constructed,which achieves remarkable effects in the cultivation of innovative talents,comprehensive teaching reform,and demonstration radiation impact.
