摘  要:以填料塔流体力学性能与氧解吸传质系数测定实验为例,介绍了教学实验的创新设计思路和教学效果。基于实验过程中涉及的实际工程问题,辅以实验讲义、导学案、线上视频和知识图谱等教学资源,引导学生围绕实验细节开展深入的研究和讨论,有效提高了课程的高阶性、创新性和挑战度。在化工原理实验教学中引入研究导向模式,提高了学生自主设计实验方案和撰写规范实验报告等综合实践能力,培养了学生的创新思维和工程伦理素养。The innovative design ideas and teaching effects of the teaching process are introduced by taking the experiment of fluid mechanical properties and oxygen desorption mass transfer coefficient measurement of the packed tower as an example.Based on the practical engineering problems involved in the experiment process,supplemented by abundant teaching resources such as experimental handouts,guide plans,online videos and knowledge graphs,the students are guided to carry out in-depth research and discussion about the details of the experiment,which effectively improves the advanced,innovative,and challenging degree of the course.The introduction of research-oriented model into the experimental teaching of chemical engineering principles,improves their comprehensive practical ability of designing experimental schemes independently and writing standardized experimental reports,cultivates students’innovative thinking and engineering ethics.The work may provide references for similar courses to carry out researchoriented teaching design.
