摘　　要：习近平关于妇女工作的重要论述为新时代中国共产党的妇女工作提供了理论指导和行动指南,阐释了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的“妇女篇”。系统研究习近平关于妇女工作重要论述的生成逻辑、精髓要义和实践要求,有助于推动新时代妇女工作取得实质性进展,推动党的妇女工作理论时代性发展。习近平关于妇女工作重要论述的理论基础、经验借鉴和时代方位,从理论、历史和现实三个维度构成其生成逻辑。习近平总书记从坚定妇女工作政治属性、改革妇联组织工作、保障妇女合法权益和发挥妇女独特作用四个方面构建起新时代妇女工作理论的精髓要义。明确了坚持党管妇女、坚持问题导向的新时代妇女工作的实践要求。Xi Jinping's important exposition on women's work provides theoretical guidance and action guide for the Communist Party of China's women's work in the new era,describing the"Women's Chapter"of socialism with Chinese characteristics in this brand-new age.Systematically studying the generative logic,essence and practical requirements of Xi Jinping's important discourse on women's work will help promote substantial progress in women's work in the new era and promote the contemporary development of the CPC's women's theory.The theoretical basis,experience reference and era orientation of Xi Jinping's important discourse on women's work constitute its generative logic from three dimensions:theory,history and reality.Xi Jinping constructed the essence of women's work theory in the new era from four aspects:strengthening the political nature of women's work,reforming the organizational work of women's federations,protecting women's legitimate rights and interests,and giving full play to women's unique role.Meantime,he clarified the practical requirements for women's work in the new era,that is,to insist on the Party's management of women and adhere to problem orientation.
