红船精神背景下的课程思政混合式学习共同体的构建与实施——以精神科护理学课程为例

摘　　要：以精神科护理学课程为例,构建了混合式学习共同体教学模式。从明晰课程思政育人元素入手,将红船精神融入课程教学,设计了混合式学习共同体教学流程,并从多维度与多元化视角对课程教学进行了评价,结果显示:绝大多数学生对此次教学改革较为认同与满意,这可为培养具有坚定理想信念、强烈社会责任感和卓越创新精神的护理人才提供借鉴。Taking the Psychiatric Nursing course as an example,a blended learning community teaching model is constructed.Starting from clarifying the political and moral education elements of the course,we integrate the Red Boat Spirit into the course teaching,design the teaching process of the blended learning community,and evaluate the course teaching from multi-dimensional and diversified perspectives.The results show that the vast majority of students agree with and are satisfied with this teaching reform,which can provide a reference for cultivating nursing talents with firm ideals and beliefs,a strong sense of social responsibility and an excellent innovative spirit.
