摘 要:为解决淀粉类降滤失剂DFW-10现场应用过程中起泡的问题,分析其起泡原因,明确淀粉类产品消泡机理。采用淡水基浆和盐水基浆实验,通过考察消泡剂加入浆体后的消泡率指标,从22种消泡剂中逐步优选出4种消泡剂。在降黏剂的辅助下,优选出体系的最佳消泡配方(质量分数):2%淀粉类降滤失剂DFW-10+0.5%降黏剂HTX+0.5%消泡剂XPJ-21。采用最佳消泡配方进行实验配浆后,浆体不产生气泡,并且配制的淡水浆和盐水浆老化前后流变性和滤失量稳定。In order to solve the problem of foaming during the on-site application of starch based filter loss reducer DFW-10,the causes of foaming were analyzed,and its defoaming mechanism was also investigated.Using freshwater and saline slurry experiments,by examining the defoaming rate index after adding defoamers to the slurry,4 defoamers were gradually selected from 22 types of defoaming agents.Finally,with the assistance of viscosity reducer,the defoaming formula of the system was optimized:2%starch based filter loss reducer DFW-10+0.5%viscosity reducer HTX+0.5%defoaming agent XPJ-21.After using the optimal defoaming formula for experimental slurry preparation,no bubbles were generated in the slurry,and the rheological properties and filtration loss of the prepared fresh water slurry and saltwater slurry were stable before and after aging.
