摘　　要：政德思想即倡导施政执政、治国理政者必须重视正身律己、强化道德操守的理论学说,这一学说是我国儒家的优良传统。明清之际王船山对政德思想有了新的发展,在《读通鉴论》中,他对于贯彻政德的必要性、宏观理论和具体方法都有深刻的观察与思考,分析与论证,他关于执政伦理、执政修德的学说内容丰富,胜义迭出,其总体特点可以概括为以史为鉴、以经为纲,他极其看重中华民族数千年执政史上的起伏跌宕、盛衰兴替的内在动因,深得古代圣贤制典垂世之精神,他的政德思想不仅为后世提供了丰富的文化遗产,更可作为新时代政德观的借鉴,至今犹可引为历史与哲学的借鉴。Political ethics is a theoretical theory that advocates governing and governing the country.Those who govern must attach importance to self-discipline and strengthen moral integrity.This theory is a fine tradition of Confucianism in China.During the Ming and Qing dynasties,Wang Chuanshan had a new development in political ethics.In his book Du Tong Jian Lun,he had a profound observation and reflection on the necessity,macro theory,and specific methods of implementing political ethics.He analyzed and argued that his theories on governance ethics and governance ethics were rich in content,with victorious meanings falling out.His overall characteristics can be summarized as learning from history and taking the classics as the outline.He highly valued the internal causes of the ups and downs,rise and fall in the thousands of years of governance history of the Chinese nation,and deeply gained the spirit of ancient sages and scholars.His political ethics not only provided rich cultural heritage for future generations,but also served as a reference for today's governance.It can still be used as a reference for history and philosophy to this day.
