摘　　要：图书馆作为文化传承和保护的载体,在文化自信视域下扮演着重要的角色。文章立足于文化自信与图书馆的理论研究,从多个方面探讨图书馆的创新发展路径,做好文化传承,积极推动图书馆发展。通过加强传统文化的挖掘和传承、引入新兴文化元素、推广创新服务模式、加强文化交流与合作、促进人才培养等多个方面来实现图书馆的创新发展。从而提高馆员人文素养、增强读者兴趣、提高服务的效率和质量、增强读者认同感与文化自信。文章旨在图书馆理论研究中,不断守正创新,为新时代图书馆事业的持续发展提供理论支撑和实践参考。From the perspective of cultural self-confidence,libraries,as the carrier of cultural inheritance and protection,also need to play an important role in cultural self-confidence.Based on the theoretical research of cultural self-confidence and library,this paper will explore the innovative development path of library from many aspects,do a good job in cultural inheritance,and actively promote the development of library.By strengthening the excavation and inheritance of traditional culture,introducing new cultural elements,promoting innovative service models,strengthening cultural exchanges and cooperation,and promoting personnel training,the innovative development of libraries can be realized.Thus,it improves the humanistic quality of librarians,enhances the interest of readers,improves the efficiency and quality of services,and enhances the sense of identity and cultural self-confidence of readers.The purpose of this paper is to keep innovation in the theoretical research of library,and to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the sustainable development of library cause in the new era.
