功能电刺激结合镜像疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨功能电刺激结合镜像疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法 选择2022年1月—2023年1月治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者156例为对象。根据患者参与意愿,分为对照组、电刺激组、镜像组和联合组,各组患者人数依次为38、38、39和41例。对照组给予常规治疗;电刺激组在对照组基础上,增加功能电刺激治疗;镜像组在对照组基础上,增加镜像疗法治疗;联合组采取常规疗法、功能电刺激治疗和镜像疗法结合的方式治疗。从患者上肢运动功能评分、日常生活能力等方面比较治疗结果。结果 上肢运动功能评分,电刺激组和镜像组患者评分高于对照组;联合组评分高于对照组、电刺激组和镜像组。日常生活能力评分方面,电刺激组和镜像组患者评分高于对照组,联合组评分高于对照组、电刺激组和镜像组。以上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 功能电刺激结合镜像疗法有效提高了脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能和日常生活能力。ObjectiveTo explore the effects of functional electrical stimulation combined with mirror therapy on upper limb motor function and daily living ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method 156 stroke hemiplegic patients treated from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the subjects.According to the patient's willingness to participate,they were divided into a control group,an electrical stimulation group,a mirror group,and a combination group.The number of patients in each group was 38,38,39,and 41,respectively.The control group received routine treatment;The electrical stimulation group received functional electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group;The mirror group was treated with mirror therapy on the basis of the control group;The combination group adopts a combination of conventional therapy,functional electrical stimulation therapy,and mirror therapy for treatment.Compare the treatment results from the patient's upper limb motor function score,daily living ability,and other aspects.Result The upper limb motor function scores of patients in the electric stimulation group and mirror group were higher than those in the control group;The combined group scored higher than the control group,electrical stimulation group,and mirror group.In terms of daily living ability scores,patients in the electric stimulation group and mirror group scored higher than those in the control group,while patients in the combined group scored higher than those in the control group,electric stimulation group,and mirror group.The above comparisons showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional electrical stimulation combined with mirror therapy effectively improves upper limb motor function and daily living ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
