摘 要:当代英美辩证法马克思主义的主要代表伯特尔?奥尔曼,长期坚持在发达资本主义社会中从事马克思主义理论教育,形成了具有鲜明辩证品格的马克思主义教育观。在这种辩证的马克思主义教育观视域中,教育背景、教育主体、教育过程和教育结果无不具有辩证性质。这种教育观启发我们,在我国的马克思主义理论教育中,教育者应当深入理解和牢固掌握马克思主义辩证法;马克思主义辩证法应当成为教育的重要内容并贯穿始终;教育过程应当切实践行马克思主义辩证法;受教育者是否掌握马克思主义辩证法并能有效运用,应当成为评价教育效果的重要依据。Bertell Ollman,the main representative of contemporary British and American dialectical Marxism,has been engaged in Marxist education in the developed capitalist society for a long time,and has formed a Marxist view on education with distinct dialectical character.In this dialectical Marxist view on education,the educational background,subject,process and results are all full of rich dialectical nature.His educational view inspires us that,in our Marxist education,educators should have an in⁃depth understanding of and a firm grasp of Marxist dialectics;that Marxist dialectics should be an important part of education and run through the educational process where dialectics should be practised earnestly;and that whether the educated could master and use it effectively should be an important basis for evaluating the effectiveness of education.
