摘  要:建立了气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)同时测定烟丝中7种代表性化学成分的分析方法。样品用NaOH溶液浸润,经二氯甲烷超声萃取后,在DB-35MS色谱柱上分离,采用多反应监测(MRM)模式测定,内标法定量。结果表明,7种成分的检出限为0.02~2.28mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为87.7%~96.2%。该方法具有前处理简单、准确灵敏的特点,适用于烟丝的稳定性评价。A method for simultaneous determination of seven representative chemical components in cut tobacco was established by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The samples were soaked with sodium hydroxide solution,extracted by methylene chloride and separated on DB-35MS column.The samples were determined by multi-reaction monitoring(MRM)mode and quantified by internal standard method.The results showed that the detection limits were 0.02~2.28mg·kg^(-1),and the recoveries were 87.7%~96.2%.The method has the characteristics of simple,accurate and sensitive pretreatment,and is suitable for stability evaluation of cut tobacco.
