摘 要:针对HQ油田超低渗砂岩储层物性差、渗流阻力大,注水井投注一段时间后易发生油层堵塞,吸水变差,达不到油田开发注水要求,且常规酸化增注效果又不理想的问题,为确保注够水、注好水,促进油藏高效开发,开展了超低渗砂岩储层欠注井解堵增注技术研究。通过分析该储层欠注井常规酸化增注效果不理想的原因,结合储层地质特征,设计出一种深穿透缓速解堵液;对该解堵液的缓速性能、解堵能力、抑制二次伤害、金属离子螯合能力等性能进行了室内评价;运用该解堵液在HQ油田开展了现场深穿透缓速解堵增注工艺设计及实验工作,与以往常规酸化增注对比,试验井增注措施有效率提高了16.7%、平均单井注水压力下降1.7MPa、平均单井有效期延长了8个月。通过室内研究和现场实验,形成了一种适应HQ油田特殊储层的解堵增注工艺。In view of the problems of poor physical properties and large seepage resistance of ultra-low permeability sandstone reservoirs in HQ oilfield,oil layer blockage and poor water absorption are easy to occur after a period of time of injection well injection,which can not meet the water injection requirements for oilfield development,and the effect of conventional acidification is not ideal.In order to ensure enough water injection and good water injection,and promote the efficient development of reservoirs,the plugging removal and augmented injection technology of under-injection wells in ultra-low permeability sandstone reservoirs was studied.By analyzing the reasons for the unsatisfactory effect of conventional acidizing and augmented injection in the under-injection wells of the reservoir,combined with the geological characteristics of the reservoir,a deep penetration and slow plugging removal fluid was designed.The retarding performance,plugging removal ability,secondary damage inhibition and metal ion chelating ability of the plugging removal fluid were evaluated in laboratory.The plugging removal fluid was used to carry out on-site deep penetration and slow plugging removal and augmented injection process design and test work in HQ oilfield.Compared with the previous conventional acidizing augmented injection,the effective rate of augmented injection measures in test wells increased by 16.7%,the average single well water injection pressure decreased by 1.7MPa,and the average single well validity period was extended by 8 months.Through laboratory research and field test,a plugging removal and injection increasing process suitable for special reservoirs in HQ oilfield has been formed.
