摘  要:以含四种常见的海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基淀粉钠和聚丙烯酸盐增稠剂的印花糊料为研究对象,对其进行复配,测试了复合物的成糊率、流变性、耐盐性等主要应用性能指标。研究表明:30%聚丙烯酸盐增稠剂拼混70%海藻酸钠的复合糊料可使前者的耐盐性能显著提升,复合糊料的活性及分散白糊的耐盐黏度保留率分别为88%、90%,色浆印花黏度指数达到0.61~0.66;30%聚丙烯酸盐与70%羧甲基纤维素钠拼混后,在不影响两者成糊率的情况下,复合糊料的活性及分散白糊的耐盐黏度保留率分别为71%、78%,色浆印花黏度指数达到0.32~0.44,具有较佳的综合应用性能。Four common types of printing pastes,including sodium alginate,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,so⁃dium carboxymethyl starch and polyacrylate thickener,are studied for their compounding,and the main applica⁃tion performance indicators such as paste formation rate,rheological property,salt resistance are tested.The results show that the salt resistance of the 30%polyacrylate thickener can be significantly improved by blend⁃ing 70%sodium alginate,with the composite paste's activity and salt retention rate of white paste being 88%and 90%,respectively,and viscosity index reaching 0.61-0.66.When 30%polyacrylate thickener and 70%sodi⁃um carboxymethyl cellulose are blended without affecting the paste rate of the two,the composite paste's ac⁃tivity and salt retention rate of white paste are 71%and 78%,respectively,and the viscosity index reaches 0.32-0.44,with excellent comprehensive application performance.
