高校研究生应用创新型人才培养模式探索--以内蒙古农业大学草学专业为例

摘　　要：面对我国现代农业对于高素质、专业性、应用型等高层次人才的需求,该文以内蒙古农业大学草学专业为例,基于多年来对研究生应用创新型人才培养模式的探索与实践,针对草学专业研究生培养的共性问题,构建以政策为引领、以“校企、校校、校院”搭建的协同创新平台为基础,以“科研—创新促产—学科、教材建设—教学模式—赛事—科研”为方法的互相交叉、良性循环的应用创新型人才培养模式,坚持融合发展、开放创新,强化人才培养和科技支撑对企业的服务能力,以期为我国农业院校培养研究生应用创新型人才提供借鉴。In the face of the demand for high-quality,professional,applied and other high-level talents in modern agriculture in China,this paper takes the grass major of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as an example,based on the exploration and practice of applied innovative talent training mode for graduate students for many years.In view of the common problems in the training of graduate students majoring in grass science,this paper constructs a collaborative innovation platform guided by policy and based on"school,school,school".The intersecting and virtuous circle applied innovative talent training mode based on the method of"scientific research-innovation promoting production-discipline,teaching material construction-competition-scientific research",insists on integrated development,open innovation,and strengthens the service ability of talent training and scientific and technological support to enterprises,so as to provide reference for the training of graduate students in agricultural colleges and universities in China.
