摘 要:当前,我国的高等教育已经从“精英化”走向“大众化”,地方本科高校主要以培养应用型人才为主。湖南工学院在人才培养方面面临的主要问题是学生和家长对应用型人才培养认识不足,政府和企业对应用型人才培养重视不够,以及学校缺乏培养应用型人才的教师。因此,今后应重点从以下三方面着手解决,一是加强党建工作,构建德育与智育,教学与科研,学科与专业,第一课堂与第二课堂相融合的人才培养体系;二是加强师资建设,引进和培养具有企业工程经验的教师;三是开展产教融合,开发校企合作课程,重构课程体系。采取这些措施,针对性地解决好当前存在的问题,就有望将地方本科高校建成特色鲜明的高水平应用型大学。Currently,the higher education in China has transferred from elite education to mass education,and local universities mainly cultivate applied talents.The main problems faced by Hunan Institute of Technology in talent cultivation are that many university students and their parents do not know enough about the cultivation of applied talents;the government and enterprises do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of applied talents;and the institute is short of teachers to cultivate applied talents.Therefore,in the future,we need to solve the problems from the following three aspects,strengthening the Party building,constructing a talent cultivation system that integrates moral education and intellectual education,teaching and scientific research,discipline and profession,the first classroom and the second classroom;strengthening the construction of teachers,recruit teachers with enterprise engineering experiences,and send teachers to companies to learn engineering experiences;implementing industry-education integration,developing university-enterprise cooperation courses,and reconstructing curriculum system.With these measures taken,local universities will become high-level application-oriented universities with distinctive characteristics if the existing problems are properly solved.
