摘 要:本文以孔雀鱼为试验材料,研究了饲料中不同蛋黄粉添加量对孔雀鱼繁殖周期和产仔量的影响。结果表明,饲料中蛋黄粉添加量越高,孔雀鱼繁殖周期越短,处理1(饲喂基础饲料+2%蛋黄粉)、处理2(饲喂基础饲料+4%蛋黄粉)、处理3(饲喂基础饲料+8%蛋黄粉)与CK(饲喂基础饲料)之间差异均显著(P<0.05),但处理1、2、3之间差异不显著(P>0.05);随着饲养时间延长和饲料中蛋黄粉添加量增多,孔雀鱼产仔量增多,处理1、2、3的第3次产仔量均显著高于CK(P<0.05),但处理1、2、3之间差异不显著(P>0.05);处理2的孔雀鱼总产仔量显著高于处理1(P<0.05),虽然处理3的孔雀鱼总产仔量最高,但其与处理2之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。可见,在饲料中添加蛋黄粉可缩短孔雀鱼繁殖周期,提高孔雀鱼产仔量,最适添加量为4%。This paper used Poecilia reticulata as the experimental material to study the effects of different amounts of egg yolk powder added to feed on the reproductive cycle and litter size of Poecilia reticulata.The results showed that the higher the amount of egg yolk powder added to the feed,the shorter the reproductive cycle of Poecilia reticulata.The differences between treatment 1(feeding with basic feed+2%egg yolk powder),treatment 2(feeding with basic feed+4%egg yolk powder),treatment 3(feeding with basic feed+8%egg yolk powder)and CK(feeding with basic feed)were significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences among treatments 1,2 and 3(P>0.05);as the feeding time extended and the amount of egg yolk powder added to the feed increased,the litter size of Poecilia reticulata increased.The third litter size of Poecilia reticulata fed with treatment 1,2 and 3 were significantly higher than that of CK(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences among treatment 1,2 and 3(P>0.05);the total litter size of Poecilia reticulata in treatment 2 was significantly higher than that in treatment 1(P<0.05),the total litter size of Poecilia reticulata in treatment 3 was the highest,but the difference between treatment 3 and treatment 2 was not significant(P>0.05).It can be seen that adding egg yolk powder to feed can shorten the breeding cycle of Poecilia reticulata and increase their litter production,with an optimal addition amount of 4%.
