Objective To analyze the clinical value of magnetic resonance susceptibility-weighted imaging(SWI)in the diagnosis of microbleeds of cerebrovascular disease. Methods 82 patients with cerebrovascular disease and microbleeds admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and scanned with conventional MRI sequence,diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)sequence and SWI sequence. The detection rate of cerebral microbleeds by different examination methods was compared, the imaging performance of cerebral microbleeds in each sequence was observed, and the detection of microbleeds in different parts was calculated. Results The detection rate of cerebral microbleeds of SWI sequence was 100.00%,significantly higher than 59.76%of conventional MRI sequence and 68.29%of DWI sequence(P<0.05).A total of 517 microbleeds were checked out in 82 patients, and the number of lesions detected in various parts of SWI sequence was higher than that in the conventional MRI sequence and DWI sequence(P<0.05).Conclusions SWI in the diagnosis of microbleeds of cerebrovascular disease has a very high detection rate, and better detection effect than conventional MRI and DWI,which can be prioritized in the diagnosis of patients with cerebrovascular disease.
