摘　　要：目的探讨康复运动疗法与药物配合治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法将2021年1月至2023年1月收治的110例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55)。对照组采用阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用康复运动疗法。比较两组的治疗效果、肢体运动功能及生活自理能力。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.36%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的FMA、ADL评分均升高,且观察组FMA、ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复运动疗法与药物配合治疗缺血性脑卒中效果显著,可明显提高患者肢体运动能力与生活自理能力,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation exercise therapy combined with drugs in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods 110 patients with ischemic stroke from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55).The control group was treated with atorvastatin combined with probucol,and the observation group was given rehabilitation exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,limb motor function and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.36%,significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA and ADL scores of both groups increased,and the FMA and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation exercise therapy combined with drugs has significant effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke,can significantly improve the limb motor ability and self-care ability of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
