丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合尼莫地平治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液(STSI)联合尼莫地平治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的临床效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月我院收治的71例AIS患者,按不同治疗方法分为两组。在常规对症处理下,对照组(34例)予以尼莫地平单药口服,观察组(37例)在对照组基础上予以STSI静脉滴注,对比两组的用药效果。结果治疗后,观察组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数与红细胞压积低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论STSI联合尼莫地平治疗AIS患者的效果较好,可改善其神经功能,有效调节机体血液流变学,促进炎性因子清除。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sulfotanshinone sodium injection(STSI)combined with nimodipine in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods 71 AIS patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Under the routine symptomatic treatment,the control group(34 cases)was given single oral nimodipine,and the observation group(37 cases)was given STSI intravenous drip based on the control group.The drug efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the efficacy was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,and hematocrit of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TNF-αand IL-6 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions STSI combined with nimodipine in the treatment of AIS patients has better effect,which can improve the neurological function,effectively regulate the body hemorheology,and promote the elimination of inflammatory factors.
