摘　　要：OBE理念作为一种以能力为导向的教育理念,为高校影视编导专业的教学改革提供了新的思路和方法。而高校影视编导专业本身也需要不断更新和改革,以适应行业发展的需要。基于OBE理念对高校影视编导专业进行优化,能够使学生更加全面地掌握影视编导的核心能力和技能,培养学生的创新意识和实践能力。因而研究OBE理念下高校影视编导专业优化的路径有重要意义。对此,本文首先阐述了OBE理念的内涵和特点,进而分析了OBE理念在高校影视编导专业中的适用性,在此基础上探究OBE理念下优化高校影视编导专业的路径,以期提升学生的就业竞争力。The OBE concept,as a competency oriented educational philosophy,provides new ideas and methods for the teaching reform of film and television directing majors in universities.The film and television directing major in universi-ties also needs to be constantly updated and reformed to meet the needs of industry development.Based on the OBE con-cept,optimizing the film and television directing major in universities can enable students to comprehensively master the core abilities and skills of film and television directing,and cultivate their innovative consciousness and practical ability.Therefore,studying the optimization path of film and television directing majors in universities under the OBE concept is of great significance.In this regard,this article first elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of the OBE concept,and then analyzes the applicability of the OBE concept in college film and television directing majors.Based on this,it explores the path to optimize college film and television directing majors under the OBE concept,in or-der to enhance students'employment competitiveness.
