科技创新背景下高校科研项目管理策略探究

摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的不断发展,科技创新成为推动国家和社会发展的重要动力。而高校作为培养高素质人才和推动科技创新的重要基地,其科研项目管理水平直接影响着高校的教育质量和社会服务能力。在当前科技创新背景下,高校要进一步转变科研项目管理观念,重视科研项目管理工作,不断完善科研项目管理制度,加强对科研项目的分类指导,制定合理的考核评价机制,从而提升高校科研项目管理水平。对此,本文首先阐述了科技创新背景下高校科研项目管理的原则,进而分析高校科研项目管理对科技创新的重要性,在此基础上提出了一系列策略,以期为高校科研项目管理工作提供有益的参考。With the continuous development of China's economy and society,technological innovation has become an im-portant driving force for promoting national and social development.As an important base for cultivating high-quality talents and promoting technological innovation,the level of scientific research project management in universities direct-ly affects the quality of education and social service capabilities.In the current context of technological innovation,uni-versities need to further transform their concept of scientific research project management,attach importance to scientif-ic research project management work,continuously improve the scientific research project management system,strength-en the classification guidance of scientific research projects,formulate reasonable assessment and evaluation mecha-nisms,and thereby improve the level of scientific research project management in universities.This article first elabo-rates on the principles of scientific research project management in universities under the background of technological innovation,and then analyzes the importance of scientific research project management in universities for technological innovation.Based on this,a series of strategies are proposed to provide useful references for scientific research project management in universities.
