摘 要:随着创新创业教育的重要性日益凸显,越来越多的高校教师开始参与“双创”教育研修。在高等教育中,“双创”教育研修是培养创新精神和创业能力的重要途径。他们通过参与此类研修活动,不仅可以提升自身的教学水平和创新能力,还可以为学生提供更优质的教育资源和指导。然而,高校教师参与“双创”教育研修的动机取向及其影响因素仍然是一个备受关注的话题。对此,通过分析高校教师参与“双创”教育研修的重要性以及高校教师参与“双创”教育研修的动机取向,探讨高校教师参与“双创”教育研修动机的影响因素及高校教师参与“双创”教育研修动机的强化与抑制,以期为相关教师提供参考意见。With the increasing importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education,more and more university teachers are starting to participate in"double innovation"education and training.In higher education,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education is an important way to cultivate innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.By partici-pating in such training activities,they can not only improve their teaching level and innovation ability,but also provide students with better educational resources and guidance.However,the motivation orientation and influencing factors of university teachers participating in"entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship"education and training are still a topic of great concern.In this regard,by analyzing the importance of college teachers participating in"double innovation"educa-tion and training,as well as the motivation orientation of college teachers participating in"double innovation"education and training,this paper explores the influencing factors of college teachers'motivation to participate in"double innova-tion"education and training,and the strengthening and inhibition of college teachers'motivation to participate in"dou-ble innovation"education and training,in order to provide reference opinions for relevant teachers.
