摘 要:利用中国家庭追踪调查的三期数据(CFPS2016、CFPS2018、CFPS2020),采用计量模型实证考察数字素养对女性过度教育的影响及其机制。结果表明:数字素养与女性过度教育之间存在显著负向关系,即数字素养水平的提高能有效缓解女性过度教育问题,从而促进女性就业质量提升;数字素养提高可通过纠正就业地空间错位、提高女性劳动参与率、弱化女性生物钟干扰三条路径优化女性受教育程度和工作职位不匹配的问题;数字素养对女性过度教育的影响存在显著的城乡异质性、年龄异质性和性别观念异质性。Using the data from CFPS2016,CFPS2018 and CFPS2020,this study adopted the econometric mode to empirically examine the impact and its mechanism of digital literacy on the over-education of the women.The results showed that:there was a significant negative correlation between digital literacy and the over-education of the woman,that was,the improvement of digital literacy level could effectively alleviate the problem of women's over-education,thereby promoting the employment quality of the women.The improvement of digital literacy might ease the mismatch problem between women's education level and job positions by correcting the spatial dislocation of employment sites,increasing female-labour-force participation rate,and weakening the interference of women's biological clock.In addition,the impact of digital literacy had heterogeneity in the aspects of region,age and gender.
